Overnight Oatmeal Bowls

We frequently enjoy oatmeal for breakfast at our house. As much as I love how nutritious, filling and cost-effective it is, there is no way I really want a bowl of hot oatmeal in the summer. So I’ve started making these overnight oatmeal bowls. My kids wake up hungry so I love recipes I can make the night before and have ready for the morning.

2 cups oatmeal

2 cups milk (I use whole milk)

1 cup plain yogurt

2 Tablespoons chia seeds

1 teaspoon cinnamon

2 cups frozen blueberries

Maple syrup or honey (to taste)

You can make individual bowls but I simply add everything to one large container and let it soak overnight. So tasty!
